The dragon, however, was greatful and gave the man some of his gold. When the peasant told his wife, she asked him to get more. The peasant went to the dragon and asked for more gold and the dragon agreed. When the peasant returned, his wife still asked for gold, and kept doing so for many times, each time the dragon agreed to give the peasant more gold.
